01 Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") are published by ap77 ("ap77", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online betting and casino platform accessible at https://ap77.io ("Platform"). These Terms govern all use of the Platform by registered and unregistered visitors, and apply to all products and services made available through ap77, including sports betting, live casino, slot games, and any other gaming products hosted on or linked from the Platform.

02 Eligibility

Access to and use of the ap77 Platform is subject to the following eligibility criteria, all of which must be satisfied simultaneously:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. ap77 operates a strict 21+ policy. Players under the age of 21 are categorically prohibited from registering, depositing, wagering, or participating in any gaming activity on the Platform.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, partnerships, and other non-natural-person legal structures may not register accounts.

03 Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Rule

Each individual may hold only one registered account on the ap77 Platform. Ownership of more than one account — whether under the same name, email address, phone number, payment method, device, household address, or IP address — constitutes a violation of these Terms and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held within them.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. ap77 is not liable for issues arising from outdated or incorrect account information provided by the player.

3.3 Verification

ap77 may require players to complete identity verification (Know Your Customer, "KYC") procedures at registration or at any point thereafter. KYC may require submission of a valid national identity document (National ID Card or Passport), proof of residential address (a recent utility bill or bank statement dated within three months), and in some cases, source-of-funds documentation. Account functionality, including the ability to withdraw funds, may be restricted until KYC is satisfactorily completed.

3.4 Account Closure by Player

Players may request closure of their ap77 account at any time by contacting customer support at [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within five business days. Any verified balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to the player via their registered payment method subject to standard withdrawal processing procedures.

04 Account Security

You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ap77 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances. ap77 will never contact you to request your password, either by email, live chat, phone, or any other channel.

You must notify ap77 immediately at [email protected] if you believe your account credentials have been compromised or if you detect any unauthorized access to your account. Until such notification is received and confirmed, ap77 will treat all activity conducted through your account as authorized by you.

05 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Payment method availability may change from time to time. ap77 is not liable for any losses arising from the unavailability of a specific payment method at any given time.

5.2 Currency

All transactions are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). ap77 does not accept foreign currency deposits. No currency conversion fees are applied by ap77, though your bank or mobile financial service provider may apply their own charges, for which ap77 accepts no responsibility.

5.3 Minimum and Maximum Limits

The minimum single deposit is ৳500. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts, as well as any applicable daily, weekly, or monthly transaction limits, are displayed within your account dashboard and may be updated from time to time. 5.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where the payment method supports outbound transfers. ap77 aims to process verified withdrawal requests within 24 hours; actual receipt of funds is subject to processing times of the respective payment provider. ap77 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where account activity triggers a security review.

5.5 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wagering activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. ap77 reserves the right to apply an inactivity maintenance fee of ৳100 per calendar month to dormant account balances after appropriate prior notice to the registered email address. Players may reactivate a dormant account by logging in and completing a transaction.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and other promotional credits issued by ap77 are subject to the specific terms published at the time the offer is made available, including applicable wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, game contribution weightings, and time limits. These specific promotional terms are incorporated into and form part of these Terms.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. 6.3 Bonus Abuse

ap77 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or bonus-derived winnings where it determines, at its sole discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer more than once, using low-risk or arbitrage betting strategies specifically designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine risk, and any form of collusion with other players to meet wagering requirements.

6.4 Changes to Promotions

ap77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently discontinue any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated via the Platform or to the registered email address where possible.

07 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and gaming rounds placed through ap77 are governed by the specific product rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or game. For sports betting, the sport-specific rules published on the Platform apply. For casino games, the rules of the relevant game as presented by the provider (Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, or other certified providers) apply.

All bets are accepted at ap77's sole discretion. ap77 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet, in whole or in part, at any time before settlement, where there are reasonable grounds to do so, including but not limited to: suspected match-fixing, palpable pricing errors, system malfunctions, or breach of these Terms.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ap77 Platform. Detection of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or betting market.

09 Responsible Gaming

10 Intellectual Property

By registering an ap77 account, you confirm that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described therein.

ap77 may be required to share player data with regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, or financial crime prevention bodies where required or permitted by applicable law. ap77 will not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without explicit prior consent.

13 Amendments to These Terms

ap77 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.
